1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and gift cards.

2. How to Initiate a Return

• Contact our customer service team at Contact Support Page to initiate a return. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.
• Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

3. Return Process

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• Include a copy of your proof of purchase and the RMA number inside the package.
• Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

4. Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).

5. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at Contact Support Page.
• If you wish to exchange for a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

• Gift cards
• Some health and personal care items

7. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
